Property Description

The property was built shortly after the conclusion of WW2, in 1947 as a duplex in the Western Area of Los Alamos. Over the decades since the two units have been merged into a primary residence (where we live) with an attached cozy 2 bedroom 1 bath suite.

As fellow Los Alamos transplants, we have furnished the suite portion of the property to be a cozy landing pad for people relocating to Los Alamos while they find long term accommodations. The suite is made up of 2 bedrooms, the primary featuring a queen sized bed and the secondary featuring either 1 or 2 twin sized beds as well as a sit stand desk with monitor to serve as a work from home setup. Additionally, with a cozy living room and kitchen area you, and your family, can rest and live comfortably while getting used to life in New Mexico.
